
ABOUT ME
David Acereto "Barbate", graduated in Cinematography at the Séptima Ars Film School in Madrid in 1995. He began his career as Director of Photography after having shot more than forty films as Camera Operator since 2001, the year he made his debut with the film En la ciudad sin límites by Antonio Hernández. He has worked with cinematographers such as Sergio Delgado, Xavi Gimenez, Flavio Laviano, Juanmi Azpirot, Stephane Fontaine, Jarin Blaschke, Rodrigo Prieto, Bob Yeoman, John Grillo, Álvaro Gutierrez, Pau Esteve, Pedro Luque, or Migue Amoedo. During this stage he combined his work as a camera operator with documentary films and series directed by Eulogio Romero and second units DoP in feature films. It is in 2018 when he becomes one of the directors of photography in the television series EL EMBARCADERO. His work stand out in Tv series as FERIA, THE HEAD, BERLÍN and feature films such as LEONES EN INVIERNO , TIERRA DE NADIE by Albert Pintó , OBJETOS, by Jorge Dorado or MARFIL , ÉBANO directed by Oscar Pedraza. David is a member of the Spanish Association of Cinematographers (AEC) And Gold Medal from the City of Barbate "for his outstanding career in film and television. His talent and professionalism have made him a benchmark in the audiovisual sector"
